Focus on owning the full lifecycle of data science solutions, from problem definition to production deployment, while integrating LLMs into analytical workflows.

Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Charlotte, NC, Irving, TX, or Boston, MA (Hybrid: 3 days onsite/2 days remote)

What you will do

• Perform in-depth data analysis using SQL to uncover patterns and support decision-making.
• Design and implement scalable machine learning solutions using Python or Java.
• Develop and evaluate predictive models, including tree-based and ensemble algorithms.
• Build reusable pipelines for data processing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Develop and deploy Generative AI solutions to automate workflows and enhance productivity.
• Partner with engineering and business stakeholders to translate technical findings into actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• Must be eligible for W2 employment (No C2C).
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
• Experience with Python or Java for machine learning and analytical workloads.
• Hands-on experience building, training, and evaluating models in production environments.
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and integrating Gen AI into analytical processes.
• Ability to own initiatives end-to-end from requirements gathering to solution delivery.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, banking, or capital markets.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and big data technologies.
• Experience with model deployment frameworks and distributed computing.
