What you will do

• Lead end-to-end ownership of research, experimentation, and product delivery using advanced ML in computer vision and Generative AI.
• Develop generative models for controllable synthesis across images, video, vector graphics, and multimedia.
• Innovate in diffusion and flow-based methods to improve efficiency, controllability, and scalability.
• Advance visual grounding, 3D estimation, segmentation, and matting for VFX and post-production pipelines.
• Design multimodal GenAI workflows, including visual-language model tooling and agentic pipelines.

Requirements

• PhD, or Master's degree and 4+ years of experience in CS, CE, ML, or a related field.
• Must be based in New York, NY, USA.
• 3+ years of experience building ML models for business applications.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with generative models (diffusion, flow, transformers) and image/video synthesis.
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch and the Hugging Face ecosystem.

Nice to have

• Publications in top-tier AI/ML/Graphics conferences (CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, SIGGRAPH, NeurIPS, ICLR).
• Experience with LoRA, ControlNet, parameter-efficient tuning, or test-time training.
• Expertise in relighting, style transfer, lip-sync, segmentation, or 3D scene modeling.
• Professional software development experience.
