Salary: $167,100 – $248,700 annually

What you will do

• Architect next-generation systems to enhance the hirify.global Search page experience.
• Pioneer breakthrough applied science in multi-modal GenAI applications, combining text, images, and multi-lingual support.
• Develop real-time machine learning algorithms to allocate billions of ads per day in advertising auctions.
• Lead end-to-end projects, from problem formulation with stakeholders to analyzing A/B experiments.
• Collaborate with search and retail partner teams, software engineers, and product managers to build scalable solutions.
• Research and implement innovative machine learning approaches to solve complex ranking and allocation challenges.

Requirements

• PhD or Master's degree with 6+ years of applied research experience.
• 3+ years of experience building machine learning models for business applications.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Deep expertise in neural deep learning methods and machine learning.
• Work authorization and residency in the USA (specifically NY or WA).

Nice to have

• Experience with modeling tools: R, scikit-learn, Spark MLLib, MxNet, Tensorflow, numpy, or scipy.
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems such as Hadoop and Spark.
• Background in auctions or mechanism design.
