What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze workflows and identify opportunities for intelligent, AI-driven automation.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of AI agent development from design and prototyping to production deployment and monitoring.
• Design and implement integration solutions connecting AI agents with enterprise systems like CRMs and ERPs.
• Build and configure AI agents for natural language understanding, data extraction, and complex decision-making.
• Develop custom connectors, APIs, and middleware to facilitate data exchange between AI services and applications.
• Build evaluation systems to ensure quality control and continuous improvement of agent performance.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada or the United States
• Demonstrable experience with AI services from major cloud providers (OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock) and LLM APIs.
• Proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Pandas, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Solid understanding of RAG systems, vector databases, knowledge graphs, and embedding processes.
• Strong understanding of API design principles (REST, RPC, GraphQL) and data formats (JSON, XML).
• Experience with enterprise integration platforms like Workato, MuleSoft, or Boomi.

Nice to have

• Experience with RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
