What you will do

• Define and document requirements for change requests and complex initiatives following established standards.
• Identify and assess project risks while implementing effective mitigation strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams.
• Facilitate clear communication across cross-functional teams throughout the study lifecycle.
• Support business process improvement by identifying opportunities for automation and new technology adoption.
• Provide cross-time-zone support for global studies as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline (Maths, Science, Engineering, Computing) or equivalent experience.
• Fluent English proficiency is required.
• Solid professional experience in a similar role within the life sciences sector.
• Foundational knowledge of eClinical platforms, randomization algorithms, and adaptive trial designs.
• Familiarity with GCP, IRT/EDC integration processes, and JIRA ticketing systems.
• Ability to work methodically in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
