What you will do

• Monitor and resolve master data requests including material creation, extension, and cleansing.
• Ensure all tasks meet defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and cycle time targets.
• Facilitate data collection processes and coordinate with business teams to resolve data discrepancies.
• Maintain workflow and routing configurations within business systems.
• Provide reporting to business teams to ensure end-to-end process visibility.
• Develop training materials and standard operating procedures for data management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university.
• 2-3 years of experience in shared service centers, master data management, supply chain, or manufacturing.
• Business level fluency in English (B1 or higher).
• Advanced proficiency in Spanish as a primary or secondary language.
• Must be legally authorized to work in China without sponsorship.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with experience in operational transactional processes.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP ECC, SAP S4, Salesforce, or other ticketing systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
