What you will do

• Lead implementation and upgrade projects for PeopleSoft Core HR modules.
• Identify and document record and field-level changes across different PeopleSoft versions.
• Manage data conversion and migration processes during system upgrades.
• Analyze and document the impact of version changes on existing system configurations.
• Collaborate on payroll interface requirements and system integrations.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Providence, RI.
• Extensive experience as a PeopleSoft Functional or Techno-Functional Consultant.
• Proven track record in PeopleSoft upgrades, specifically from version 8.8 to 9.2.
• Deep knowledge of PeopleSoft Core HR and data migration methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in PeopleTools including App Designer, PeopleCode, SQR, XMLP, Excel2CI, and CI AE.
• Experience with Payroll interface configurations.
