Salary: $43,000 – $63,000

What you will do

• Administer compensation for all distribution channels to ensure accurate and prompt payments.
• Provide customer service support via a dedicated phone line and email for compensation inquiries.
• Process compensation adjustments, garnishments, and court orders.
• Manage debt recovery processes and negotiate repayment arrangements with producers.
• Maintain accurate producer information within internal systems.
• Review and resolve daily error reports to meet commission deadlines.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education or equivalent field experience.
• Strong ability to multi-task under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel with accurate keyboarding skills.
• Must be available to work statutory holidays to support US customers.
• Must be willing to work extended hours, evenings, and weekends during peak periods.
• Availability to work within the hours of 8:00 am – 8:00 pm.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of producer and up-line contracting for Canada and the US.
• Experience with PMACS and PMACS web portal.
• Bilingual skills in French.
