What you will do

• Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of multiple global indirect tax projects.
• Manage assigned project activities, milestones, and deliverables with minimal supervision.
• Assess the impact of indirect tax regulatory changes from process and system perspectives.
• Coordinate with regional indirect tax teams to support project execution and data gathering.
• Prepare project documentation, status updates, and stakeholder materials.
• Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external advisors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in tax, finance, accounting, compliance, or project support.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Must be based in Cork, Ireland.

Nice to have

• Exposure to indirect taxes such as VAT, GST, or sales & use tax.
• Experience with projects, process improvements, or systems.
• ERP experience, specifically SAP.
• Exposure to tax or reporting tools.
