What you will do

• Support the Financial Director and Management Accountant with day-to-day financial operations and administration.
• Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoice management, bank reconciliations, and expenses.
• Perform supplier reconciliations and administer supplier payment runs.
• Maintain and update financial spreadsheets, database records, and vendor/customer records.
• Manage and reconcile all cash activities and till reconciliations across all locations.
• Handle reimbursements, support payroll processes, and resolve internal and external financial queries.

Requirements

• Practical experience in a finance administration role (AP, AR, and reconciliations).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with accounting software or online financial platforms.
• Location: Must be based in Dublin, Ireland.
• Basic proficiency with Gen AI tools and a curiosity about their application in finance.
• Organized approach to managing multiple priorities and delivering accurate work.

• Familiarity with NetSuite.
