What you will do

• Design and maintain low-latency, real-time back-end applications for equities and options market infrastructure.
• Own the full software development lifecycle from requirements and design to production support.
• Partner with global product managers and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into software solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to design discussions to uphold engineering standards.
• Document functionality and ensure ongoing system stability and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience as a back-end software engineer.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Springboot.
• Solid experience with RESTful APIs, relational databases, and microservices.
• Familiarity with build, version control, and CI/CD practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues in a dynamic production environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kotlin or other JVM-based languages.
• Background in cloud infrastructure or container-based deployment.
• Prior exposure to financial markets or regulated technology environments.
