Salary: $118,660 - $140,000 yearly

What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of testing to ensure solutions meet business needs and production load requirements.
• Write, translate, and code software programs and applications according to specifications.
• Provide day-to-day application support for payment systems and collaborate with Parks Technology locations.
• Partner with Point of Sale and ecommerce application owners to deliver solutions to operations and finance teams.
• Research, design, document, and modify software specifications throughout the production lifecycle.
• Serve as a key contact for solving business issues and provide guidance to other engineers on the team.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Universal City, CA for hybrid work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or 5+ years of equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in IT support for finance or payment applications (e.g., ACI Postillion, ACI Secure Ecommerce).
• Extensive experience with SQL databases, query best practices, and SQL Server Reporting Services.
• Experience working with Windows platforms (Windows 7/10, Server 2016 and up).
• Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to handle confidential matters professionally.

Nice to have

• Technical understanding of Point-of-Sale systems and eCommerce sites.
• Experience developing in .NET or Node JS.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes, PCI, Sarbanes-Oxley, or EMV.
• Experience in the hospitality industry.
• Japanese language fluency.
