What you will do

• Build and own strategic client relationships with private equity investors and portfolio company leaders.
• Scope and design engagements to solve complex technology challenges using the firm's technical capabilities.
• Lead client-facing project teams to deliver outcomes on time and within budget.
• Drive company-wide strategy and evolve service offerings within the EMEA region.
• Mentor and onboard new practitioners, including interviewing and sponsoring candidates.
• Manage SOWs, budgets, and resource utilization for engagements.

Requirements

• Professional services experience at manager level or above, ideally with a tech or private equity focus.
• Proven track record in Technical Due Diligence and Value Creation (Creating, Scoping, or Delivering).
• Deep familiarity with modern technology stacks, enterprise IT, and AI.
• Strong people management experience and ability to lead project teams.
• Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills for establishing "trusted advisor" relationships.
• Must be based in the EMEA region (specifically London, England)
