What you will do
- Design and build AI-powered tools, automations, and workflows to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability across Risk & Insurance.
- Identify manual, repetitive processes and replace them with automated, low-code, or AI-driven solutions; prototype using SQL, Python, APIs, and low-code/no-code platforms.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Revenue Operations for deeper system integration when needed.
- Lead enablement: create a department-wide learning/experimentation strategy and upskill teams via hands-on training and embedded support.
- Execute operational reporting workflows, including running queries, preparing structured datasets, and delivering reports to insurance carriers.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in operations, analytics, automation, or a related field.
- Proven experience building and implementing workflow/automation solutions (not only recommending them).
- Experience applying AI tools in real-world workflows (e.g., prompt design and LLM-powered automation use cases).
- Strong working knowledge of SQL, including querying and manipulating data.
- Experience with low-code/no-code tools (e.g., Airtable, Zapier) and/or scripting (Python, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with APIs and integrating systems or moving data between tools; strong leadership and cross-functional communication.
