Manager, CRM & Reporting Platforms (Microsoft Dynamics)

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop CRM developers, Product Managers, and Reporting Analysts.
• Develop and drive the product and service roadmap for the Global Client Group.
• Partner with stakeholders to improve business processes, automation, efficiency, and measurable outcomes.
• Oversee the design and enhancement of CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Manage vendors, software licenses, consultant contracts, and related financial commitments.
• Use OKRs, KPIs, and other metrics to align priorities, track progress, and improve ROI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in technical product management, business analysis, engineering management, or operations.
• Experience designing and developing CRM solutions and hands-on architecture or development experience with Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems, Agile software development, project management, quality assurance, and operations.
• Experience building and leading high-performing distributed teams and managing multiple vendors and contracts.
• Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and business-outcome orientation.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise reporting tools such as Coric or Vermilion and scalable reporting data structures.
• Familiarity with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
• Knowledge of marketing automation platforms such as Microsoft Customer Insights-Journeys.
• Software engineering, automation, and security mindsets.
• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
