What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a cross-functional team of CRM developers, Product Managers, and Reporting Analysts.
- Develop and drive the product development and service roadmap for the Global Client Group department.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for technology-driven automation and efficiency gains.
- Oversee the design and enhancement of CRM solutions within Microsoft Dynamics.
- Manage vendor relationships, software licenses, and consultant contracts, including financial monitoring.
- Utilize OKRs and KPIs to align team efforts with measurable business outcomes and ROI.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in technical product management, business analysis, and engineering management.
- Deep understanding of CRM systems, with a strong preference for Microsoft Dynamics.
- Experience as a hands-on architect or developer within Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce.
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing distributed teams.
- Strong proficiency in Agile software development and vendor management.
Nice to have
- Master's degree in a technical field.
- Experience with enterprise reporting tools such as Coric or Vermilion.
- Familiarity with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools for dashboard creation.
- Knowledge of Marketing Automation platforms, such as Microsoft Customer Insights-Journeys.
- Experience using OKR frameworks to align teams and measure success.
