What you will do

• Manage accounting operations for Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Chongqing entities, including cash management and tax declarations.
• Prepare monthly financial reports in accordance with Local and US GAAP standards.
• Coordinate payroll processes with external service providers for dedicated entities.
• Perform account reconciliations and analyze financial variations.
• Support statutory audits and coordinate necessary tax filings.
• Assist in cash forecasting and the creation of intercompany payments and settlements.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent in accounting.
• 3-4 years of experience in a professional accounting position.
• Fluent in English (C2 level).
• Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively across regions.
• Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect data and draw valid conclusions.
