What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end implementation process for new captive insurance entities from engagement to regulatory approval.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and brokers throughout the onboarding lifecycle.
• Prepare, review, and submit licensing application packages and renewal notifications to Departments of Insurance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external service providers to ensure critical path tasks are completed.
• Maintain accurate case tracking databases and client documentation.
• Communicate complex technical regulatory requirements to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing interactions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe PDF.
• Ability to work effectively under deadline-driven conditions.
