Salary: $190,100–$294,700 USD (Seattle, WA and Washington D.C. range: $209,100–$324,100 USD)

What you will do
- Build and maintain a single source of truth for live costed capital stacks, fund mechanisms, investable opportunities, and other capital uses across mission priorities.
- Create and maintain long-lists of investables and funds, including costing, capital stack structuring, capital typing, timing, and executing entities.
- Develop a readiness framework to triage and sequence opportunities for prioritization and activation.
- Support deal teams with source-use matchmaking, deal structuring questions, and pitch/negotiation support as needed.
- Translate technical opportunity profiles into funder-facing materials, KPIs, and investment cases; standardize templates and pipeline processes.
- Coordinate performance tracking with the Data & Insights team and update DealFlow with pipeline data for real-time visibility.
Requirements
- Experience building, managing, and prioritizing complex investment pipelines (structured finance, blended capital, fund mechanisms, and/or multilateral replenishments), ideally in global health or development.
- Ability to assess and structure financing opportunities across capital types (grants, concessional lending, guarantees, catalytic co-investment, DFI instruments, philanthropic tranches).
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, including costing capital stacks and translating program priorities into investment-ready business cases.
- Proven ability to coordinate across matrixed organizations (program teams, relationship managers, finance and legal, and senior leadership) simultaneously.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills for preparing and presenting materials to senior decision-makers.
- Must have unrestricted work authorization in the country where the position is located; the Foundation does not provide immigration-related sponsorship.
