What you will do

• Act as the definitive identity SME within the AI team to ground agents in complex governance and risk realities.
• Lead technical strategy for critical engagements from discovery through architectural design.
• Deliver Top-3 Agent Workshops (T3AW) to unlock customer potential.
• Build and iterate on technical assets showcasing secure deployment of AI agents in IAM environments.
• Present at industry events and enable sales engineering teams on IGA and Agentic AI.
• Provide feedback to Product Management to influence the roadmap based on real-world friction points.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Deep expertise in enterprise identity governance (IAM/IGA), RBAC, and lifecycle management.
• Extensive experience with machine identity security (SPIFFE/SPIRE, secrets management).
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGPT) and cloud AI platforms.
• Advanced scripting/development skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Fluent English required

• Professional proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese for LATAM market support.
