EHS Officer

What you will do

• Promote good catch program and encourage reporting of serious incidents.
• Maintain EHS training records, ISO 14001/45001 compliance, and safety KPIs.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, risk assessments, and recommend improvements.
• Investigate accidents, analyze trends, and prepare reports with preventive actions.
• Ensure availability of safety equipment, PPE, first aid, and fire checks.
• Liaise with regulators, manage occupational health surveillance, COSHH, and compliance audits.

Requirements

• NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety
• >3 years of experience in EHS
• Strong safety leadership, analytical, planning, and organizational skills
• Experience with risk assessments, audits, and emergency management
• Knowledge of legal EHS requirements; ISO 14001/45001 desirable
• Professional communication and team collaboration skills
