What you will do
- Assist with the administration of funds and associated structures.
- Prepare, reconcile, and proof investor reports and handle ad-hoc requests.
- Complete routine audit queries and provide supporting documentation for transactions.
- Perform periodic bank reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate records using eFront and Microsoft Excel.
- Ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices.
Requirements
- Previous administration experience is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with colleagues and clients.
- Ability to work in a hybrid office environment in Fareham.
