What you will do

• Define technology and product recommendations and architectural solutions for sales opportunities.
• Act as the technical point of contact and technical sales lead for customers.
• Provide initial proposal and statement of work input, validating SOW, BOM, and LOE align with customer desired outcomes.
• Lead pre-sales engineering by identifying customer business outcomes/mission challenges and proposing technology solutions.
• Maintain and achieve OEM certifications in the area of technical specialization (e.g., Data Center, Collaboration, Security, Microsoft Modern Workplace, Cloud, Route/Switch/Wireless).
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Solution Engineering peers to validate the best solution and support internal initiatives and candidate technical interviews.

Requirements

• Location: Remote in the United States
• U.S. citizenship required (Federal positions require eligibility to obtain a Secret Clearance)
• Bachelor’s degree
• 10 years of work experience; 5–7 years of presales engineering experience
• Active and verified OEM certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNP, CCDP)
• Ability to create detailed implementation plans (SOW) with expected timelines and validate SOW/BOM/LOE prior to delivery
