What you will do
- Partner with Sales to run interactive pre-sales discovery, deliver platform demos, and lead Proof of Value (POV) engagements from initial discovery to deal close.
- Analyze customers’ current technology, architecture, operational and business needs, and develop/present appropriate solutions.
- Lead deep-dive technical discussions with stakeholders from C-level to solution users to position ’s enterprise operations and security platform.
- Translate customer business challenges into technical solutions and ensure pre-sales/POV activities align with strategic account goals.
- Collaborate with field engineering teams to maintain consistent customer experience and maximum technical effectiveness throughout the POV process.
- Support customer-facing sales and channel enablement, including training, and participate in regional marketing events and conferences; travel 25–50% for in-person customer/prospect engagement.
Requirements
- Location: Must be located in Western Canada (Vancouver and Calgary)
- 6+ years of operational and/or selling experience in endpoint operations or security.
- 4+ years of experience in customer-facing or customer support roles.
- Significant software pre-sales or value-based technical selling experience in very large enterprise environments.
- Proven ability to present at multiple levels (C-suite to solution users) and take ownership of complex initiatives to deliver successful outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of IT security, operations, and compliance; hands-on experience in one or more of: Endpoint Security, IT Operations Management, Regulatory Compliance.
