Salary: $170,000–$190,000

What you will do

• Oversee commercial financial operations, including revenue tracking and cost management.
• Manage legal entity accounting and ensure timely financial close processes.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, financial policies, and governance standards.
• Act as a strategic finance partner to business unit leadership to support commercial decision-making.
• Lead and develop a finance team of 15+ members across commercial and accounting functions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, operations, and product teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in finance, including accounting and commercial business partnering.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ICAEW, ACA, CPA, or equivalent).
• Experience with European local GAAP (e.g., HGB Germany) and working with local auditors.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Experience operating in matrix organizations with centralized finance structures.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (sponsorship not mentioned).
