What you will do

• Handle client communications in a professional and timely manner.
• Act as a liaison between claims administration and clients to ensure clear correspondence.
• Support relationship managers in guiding clients through the onboarding process.
• Track filing, deficiency, and audit deadlines to ensure timely responses.
• Compile and prepare detailed client reports.
• Monitor client data refresh schedules to ensure compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong proficiency in Excel.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
• Must be able to work in the Edgewood, NY office 2 days per week.
