Salary: 208,000–312,000 PLN

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable cloud software using .NET/C#.
• Contribute to the full service lifecycle of greenfield products within a Scrum team.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure high-quality code.
• Implement and mature automated CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions.
• Leverage observability tools like New Relic to proactively identify and resolve system issues.
• Integrate AI tools into the daily engineering workflow for code generation, documentation, and technical design.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in commercial software development using C#.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience building scalable cloud solutions using Cloud Native Patterns (Azure preferred).
• Strong understanding of SOLID principles, OOD, and modern software engineering best practices.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted engineering tools and critical evaluation of AI outputs.
• Experience working in an agile team with a focus on feature leadership and cross-group collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes) and IaaS (Pulumi).
• Proficiency in web development with TypeScript and modern frameworks like React or Angular.
• Experience with .NET Core and advanced observability frameworks.
