Senior .NET Engineer (Cloud & AI): Designing, developing, and maintaining cloud-native software products for the One platform with an accent on .NET/C# development, Azure cloud architecture, and AI-assisted engineering workflows. Focus on building scalable greenfield solutions, implementing robust CI/CD pipelines, and mentoring team members within an agile environment.
Location: Must be based in or able to work from Kraków, Poland (Hybrid)
Salary: 208,000–312,000 PLN

What you will do
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable cloud software using .NET/C#.
- Contribute to the full service lifecycle of greenfield products within a Scrum team.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure high-quality code.
- Implement and mature automated CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions.
- Leverage observability tools like New Relic to proactively identify and resolve system issues.
- Integrate AI tools into the daily engineering workflow for code generation, documentation, and technical design.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in commercial software development using C#.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience building scalable cloud solutions using Cloud Native Patterns (Azure preferred).
- Strong understanding of SOLID principles, OOD, and modern software engineering best practices.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted engineering tools and critical evaluation of AI outputs.
- Experience working in an agile team with a focus on feature leadership and cross-group collaboration.
Nice to have
- Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes) and IaaS (Pulumi).
- Proficiency in web development with TypeScript and modern frameworks like React or Angular.
- Experience with .NET Core and advanced observability frameworks.
