What you will do

• Schedule job tasks for field service teams including installations, conversions, and equipment removals.
• Coordinate supplier tasks to support field service operations efficiently.
• Communicate with Field Service Management to ensure accurate task coordination.
• Maintain and update multiple databases with precise documentation.
• Provide required documentation to customers following Standard Operating Procedures.
• Participate in internal and external meetings to share critical information across departments.

Requirements

• High School Degree required.
• 1 year or less of scheduling experience in Gaming or a similar business.
• Ability to work independently and direct a group of individuals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and internet browsers.
• Familiarity with Oracle systems.
• Ability to pass background investigations and meet regulatory gaming license requirements.
