What you will do

• Manage administrative details, career development, and performance evaluations for a team of 10-20 staff members.
• Initiate new concepts and build new programs by leveraging team talent and understanding sponsor mission-critical needs.
• Lead, mentor, and build depth in the DSP area of expertise while serving as the Lead Subject Matter Expert.
• Maintain awareness of staffing requirements, conduct interviews, and manage the hiring process for the group.
• Shape technology offerings and open new business areas aligned with strategic priorities.
• Communicate accomplishments through national study boards, conferences, journal articles, and patents.

Requirements

• US citizenship is required to qualify for a TS security clearance.
• Must be able to work onsite in Cambridge, MA.
• Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in engineering, design, development, and management of complex systems.
• Strong ability to supervise and lead a team of 10-20 people.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical material.
