What you will do

• Conduct reverse engineering and technical characterizations of foreign electronic systems, subsystems, and equipment.
• Perform technical assessments and limitation analyses to support defense analytical requirements.
• Evaluate performance, vulnerabilities, and operational effectiveness of RF, electro-optical (EO), and infrared (IR) systems.
• Analyze electronic hardware, circuits, and microelectronics to support intelligence and defense missions.
• Develop technical reports and briefings to communicate findings to government stakeholders.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to assess the impact of emerging foreign technologies.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in electrical engineering analysis, research, design, or assessment.
• Experience evaluating electronic systems in support of defense, intelligence, or research missions.
• Proven ability to produce technical reports and engineering assessments for government customers.

Nice to have

• Experience with microelectronics and advanced electronic hardware technologies.
• Knowledge of signal detection theory and digital signal processing (DSP).
• Experience supporting technical exploitation or system characterization efforts.
• Expertise in RF systems, electromagnetic technologies, or EO/IR systems.
