Location: Tokyo, Japan (Hybrid: 2 days/week work from home)

What you will do

  • Manage post-go-live customer accounts within the EU region to ensure long-term revenue growth.
  • Ensure solution usability and uptime by resolving customer issues and validating end-to-end workflows.
  • Act as the single point of contact for platform upgrades, patches, and hotfixes.
  • Lead and monitor support consultants, identifying design issues and coordinating resolutions.
  • Maintain project documentation for audits, training, and historical reference.
  • Collaborate with the R&D team to drive product enhancements based on customer needs.

Requirements

  • 6-10 years of hands-on experience with enterprise planning application tools and supply chain projects.
  • Master’s degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or Computer Science.
  • Strong project management, leadership, and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English.
  • Proven track record of building and managing successful support teams in a global environment.
