What you will do

• Manage full project lifecycles from pre-sales support through to commissioning and final handover.
• Take ownership of project delivery, timelines, budgets, and overall commercial performance.
• Develop project schedules and monitor deliverables to ensure all milestones are achieved.
• Produce monthly forecasts and manage project revenue, costs, and gross margin performance.
• Coordinate direct employees, subcontractors, and site resources across multiple projects.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide regular updates throughout the delivery process.

Requirements

• Project Management experience within the electronic security industry specifically within Australia.
• Strong understanding of integrated security systems and security solution design.
• Experience delivering projects involving Access Control, CCTV, Intruder Detection, and Perimeter Detection technologies.
• Project Management certification or equivalent qualification.
• Strong commercial awareness with an understanding of project financial management and P&L principles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
