What you will do

• Guide clients through data ingress from HRIS to hirify.global systems, including testing and finalizing data file and update plans.
• Advise clients on maximizing value from the partnership for engagement surveys (employee, physician, nursing-specific) and related projects.
• Draft and maintain data rules to ensure accurate data, identify missing data, and support client updates as needed.
• Configure and validate standard data integration configurations; cascade requirements to downstream teams and confirm completeness with upstream teams.
• Track tasks, mitigate risks, escalate blockers, and document integration decisions while adhering to SOPs and deadlines.
• Provide support for service failures/recovery and ensure accurate, timely data integration delivery.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in healthcare, quality improvement, or project management.
• Strong analytical skills to identify, research, and solve complex problems with urgency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to question and challenge clients to meet their needs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under strict deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); higher-level Excel skills preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
