What you will do
- Handle payment disputes, refunds, fraud checks, and system billing errors.
- Reconcile bank transfers and cheque payments to ensure accurate invoice status.
- Analyze payment gateway transactions to identify and resolve undercharges or overcharges.
- Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Escalate system bugs and complex issues to management with appropriate prioritization.
- Identify and report fraud trends by analyzing customer account information.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service.
- At least 6 months of experience in billing and/or fraud management.
- At least college level education.
- Proficiency in payment gateway tools like Pega, Genesys Cloud, WorldPay, and PayPal.
- Strong reasoning, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to have
- Basic domain and web hosting technical knowledge.
- Experience with MS Office tools, particularly Excel.
