TL;DR

Principal Strategic Finance Consultant (Quote to Cash/Finance Governance): Owning and improving end-to-end Quote-to-Cash finance processes, including order management, billing, revenue recognition, and collections, with an accent on internal controls, governance, compliance, and process standardization. Focus on designing control frameworks, resolving complex revenue and accounts receivable issues, leading automation initiatives, and advising senior Finance leadership across a global organization.

Location: Manila, Philippines; hybrid work environment. International candidates may be considered, with relocation support subject to immigration requirements, local legislation, and internal approvals.

What you will do

• Own Quote-to-Cash processes across order management, billing, revenue recognition, accounts receivable, and collections.
• Design and maintain internal control, governance, policy, and accountability frameworks across markets and business units.
• Set accounting standards for Quote-to-Cash operations, including IFRS 15 and deferred revenue.
• Lead risk assessment, audit readiness, control testing, issue remediation, process improvement, and automation initiatives.
• Provide strategic financial analysis and decision support to senior Finance leadership on process, system, investment, and planning decisions.
• Mentor Finance professionals and act as the operational lead for the Quote-to-Cash transactional team within GFS.

Requirements

• Typically 8+ years of experience in finance process management, internal controls, or governance within a global organization.
• Advanced knowledge of Quote-to-Cash processes, accounts receivable, collections, revenue recognition, and financial governance.
• Experience with IFRS 15 and IFRS/US GAAP compliance.
• Strong capabilities in control design, risk assessment, audit management, remediation, process documentation, and change management.
• Experience advising senior stakeholders and partnering with Finance, Sales Operations, Legal, Tax, IT, Risk, Compliance, and Internal and External Audit.
• Strategic financial analysis, process transformation, performance management, and coaching skills.

• Experience with globally distributed finance systems and operations.
• Experience leading Quote-to-Cash transformation and automation initiatives across multiple markets.
• International experience in finance governance and revenue recognition.
