What you will do

• Advise Asian government officials on the design, implementation, and governance of digital public infrastructure and AI-enabled systems.
• Represent the foundation in international forums like ASEAN, G20, and the UN to influence global digital development agendas.
• Develop and execute regional policy and advocacy strategies to promote safe and inclusive digital economies.
• Build partnerships with key institutions such as the Monetary Authority of Singapore and regional government agencies.
• Manage a high-impact portfolio of investments and grantees to accelerate momentum around digital public goods.
• Collaborate with internal teams to unlock donor financing and support country-level efforts in financial inclusion.

Requirements

• Must be based in Singapore and legally authorized to work without visa sponsorship.
• 10+ years of senior-level experience in financial inclusion, digital public infrastructure, or related fields in the Asian region.
• Advanced degree in public policy, business, international relations, or a related field.
• Demonstrated success in designing and executing policy and advocacy strategies that influence high-level decision-makers.
• Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, safeguards, and risk mitigation for digital ID, payments, and data systems.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information for diverse audiences.
