What you will do

• Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for AI-enabled features within the hirify.global Gold platform.
• Lead the design and delivery of AI-powered solutions for fraud detection, risk management, and transaction monitoring.
• Partner with data science and engineering teams to define model requirements, performance metrics, and deployment strategies.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure responsible and compliant AI usage across global jurisdictions.
• Define success metrics and monitor the performance of AI-driven features to ensure continuous optimization.
• Maintain and prioritize the AI product backlog, defining user stories and acceptance criteria for cross-functional delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership within fintech or digital payments.
• Proven track record of delivering digital wallet or mobile app products from concept to production.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts including predictive modeling, anomaly detection, and model evaluation.
• Experience working with data analytics tools such as SQL and Business Intelligence platforms.
• Strong familiarity with digital wallet ecosystems, transaction flows, and settlement processes.
• Must be based in Singapore or willing to work onsite in the Singapore office.
