What you will do
- Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for AI-enabled capabilities in the Razer Gold Digital Wallet.
- Identify and prioritize AI use cases for fraud detection, transaction monitoring, anomaly detection, personalization, payment optimization, and operational automation.
- Translate business needs into user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, and scalable product requirements.
- Partner with data science and engineering teams to define model requirements, performance metrics, deployment strategies, and production readiness.
- Coordinate testing, deployment, and rollout while managing the product backlog and communicating risks and outcomes.
- Collaborate with risk, compliance, legal, finance, operations, and business stakeholders across global markets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Fintech, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership within fintech, digital payments, or technology-driven environments.
- Experience delivering digital wallet, mobile app, payments, or fintech products through the full lifecycle from concept to production.
- Hands-on experience managing iOS and Android applications, including feature design, user experience optimization, release management, and performance monitoring.
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts including predictive modelling, classification, anomaly detection, model evaluation, data pipelines, and model deployment.
- Experience with payment ecosystems, SQL, Excel, business intelligence platforms, Agile/Scrum delivery, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
