BNPL Solution Product Manager (Global Payment)

What you will do

• Develop and refine the BNPL vision, strategy, product roadmap, and priorities.
• Design, launch, refine, and integrate BNPL products with partners and the global payment platform.
• Ensure a seamless user experience across the payment platform and TikTok ecosystem.
• Analyze Southeast Asian and global market trends, customer behavior, and product data to identify growth and optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, finance, engineering, design, marketing, business teams, and external partners.
• Monitor industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to financial solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, mathematics, operations research, computer science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in lending, payments, finance, fintech, or e-commerce, including credit cards, consumer loans, or BNPL.
• Experience with end-to-end product management, including idea generation, roadmap development, feature prioritization, and product launches.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills when working across multiple teams and with external parties.
• Ability to take ownership and deliver results in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity, competing priorities, and tight deadlines.
