What you will do

• Optimize core neural network algorithms to improve inference speed and generation performance.
• Integrate diverse TTS components into a flexible, scalable pipeline supporting 30+ languages.
• Design, implement, and maintain embedded SDKs for various platforms and cloud APIs.
• Build and manage automated testing and release processes to ensure strict latency and RTF KPIs.
• Maintain and improve existing codebases developed by research and development engineers.
• Create technical documentation, including release notes, SDK guides, and API specifications.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in TTS system development with expertise in frontend and backend components.
• Proficiency in C/C++ and Python with mastery of ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience with ONNX Runtime, TensorRT, or TorchScript.
• Strong background in software release management, version control, and branch maintenance.
• Fluent English proficiency is required.
• Basic understanding of autoregressive/non-autoregressive acoustic models and neural vocoders.

Nice to have

• Background in NLP techniques or speech signal processing.
• Experience with zero-shot, one-shot, or few-shot voice cloning systems.
• Experience with emotional TTS system development.
