What you will do

• Own the transition of research models into production-ready, optimized services.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for model deployment and monitoring.
• Lead data engineering projects and collaborate with scientists to prepare datasets for training.
• Implement end-to-end ML-powered systems using Python, TypeScript, or Go.
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure service reliability.
• Stay current with cutting-edge research to improve existing product experiences.

Requirements

• Must be based in Germany
• 1-3 years of professional experience shipping production-grade ML models.
• Strong proficiency in Python and at least one ML framework (PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlow).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and Kubernetes.
• Experience with data engineering tools like Spark or Airflow.
• Strong foundation in ML fundamentals including computer vision and structured prediction.

Nice to have

• Experience in computer vision, spatial data, 3D, AR, or VR domains.
