What you will do

• Manage day-to-day communications and moderation on Discord, Instagram, and TikTok to drive exponential engagement.
• Create timely, relevant, and engaging content to grow the audience and increase community participation.
• Coordinate with global marketing and product teams to execute social media strategies and go-to-market campaigns.
• Develop and optimize community and content playbooks for effective execution.
• Build relationships with content creators through active outreach and UGC initiatives.
• Conduct ongoing analysis of social media performance to provide actionable industry and landscape insights.

Requirements

• Must be based in Irvine, CA
• BA/BS degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, PR, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in community management or social media marketing.
• Fluent English proficiency required.
• Deep understanding of gaming, esports, and social media trends.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across global time zones.
• Must be a gamer.
