Community Developer Lead

TL;DR

Community Developer Lead: driving hirify.global’ open-source developer community through externally-facing engagement, technical education, and advocacy with an accent on workflow orchestration and agentic workflows. Focus on answering deep technical questions, creating and owning community programs (webinars, workshops, AMAs), and translating developer feedback back to Product and Engineering.

Location: Cupertino, CA or Seattle, WA (SF Bay Area or Seattle), in office or hybrid

Compensation: $120-150k base plus equity

What you will do

• Engage with developers in online and in-person communities to drive awareness, engagement, and product usage.
• Answer technical questions, unblock users, and build an inclusive, knowledgeable community.
• Educate developers on workflow orchestration, agentic workflows, and distributed systems via community programs and content.
• Create technical educational content (blogs, tutorials, videos, walkthroughs, learning materials).
• Own webinars, workshops, AMAs, demos, and other community events end-to-end.
• Represent hirify.global at conferences, meetups, podcasts, and online events; feed developer feedback back to Product and Engineering.

Requirements

• 2+ years of impactful experience engaging developers for deeply technical products in a community context.
• Strong technical foundation: written code and ability to understand how developers build, troubleshoot, and evaluate new technologies.
• Proven experience creating technical educational content (presentations, written materials, videos, demos, workshops).
• Ability to explain complex topics clearly for first-time learners.
• Resilient, execution-focused, and proactive self-direction.

Nice to have

• Open-source community experience.
• Existing audience or online presence in the developer space.
• Conference talks, webinars, or experience hosting events.
• Familiarity with agentic workflow orchestration, especially Conductor/hirify.global.
