What you will do

• Design and implement major deliverables end-to-end across the entire technology stack, from frontend to API layer, database, and infrastructure.
• Build scalable AI agent architectures incorporating context management and memory systems.
• Develop well-designed software services that remove engineering complexity while maintaining autonomy for partner teams.
• Leverage AI throughout the development lifecycle for coding, debugging, and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and technical program managers across hirify.global Advertising.

Requirements

• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of programming experience with at least one software programming language.
• 5+ years of experience leading the design or architecture of new and existing systems (reliability, scaling, and design patterns).
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team.
• Strong understanding of AI agent concepts and Large Language Models (LLMs).
