What you will do

• Define product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and competitive threats.
• Manage product roadmaps, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and marketing teams to bring products to market.
• Analyze user feedback to continuously improve product offerings.
• Communicate updates and progress to stakeholders effectively.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product management, preferably in iGaming.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle.
• Expertise in launching brands in Tier 1 markets, loyalty programs, and VIP-focused products.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable product decisions.
• Experience launching projects via white-label or turnkey models.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Asana.

Nice to have

• Experience with A/B testing and feature optimization based on feedback.
• Knowledge of performance marketing and analytics platforms.
• Background in data science or statistics.
• Experience in stakeholder management and leading product demos.
