What you will do

• Track upcoming PPAP activities across projects and ensure material data sheets are prepared and available for customer submissions.
• Verify product compliance with global and regional material regulations including RoHS, REACH, ELV, TSCA, and relevant OEM requirements.
• Create, validate, and submit IMDS records for products, components, and assemblies, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Review and validate supplier IMDS data, resolve missing/incorrect information, and support supplier troubleshooting.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of environmental and material regulations (e.g., REACH, ELV, Conflict Minerals, RoHS, GADSL, and customer specifications).
• Serve as the main point of contact for IMDS and environmental compliance, collaborating with suppliers, buyers, project teams, account managers, and customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Materials Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 2–5+ years of experience with IMDS or comparable materials declaration systems and product/environmental compliance.
• Working knowledge of RoHS, REACH (including SVHC and SCIP), ELV, and other regional chemical/product regulations.
• Experience working with BOM and PLM systems and managing complex material and compliance data.
• Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills in business English.
