Electronics Design Engineer

Location: Vilnius office, Lithuania

Salary: €3,500–€4,500 per month before taxes, including a monthly bonus

What you will do

• Design and simulate analog, digital, and basic mixed-signal circuits under senior guidance.
• Create schematics and multilayer PCB layouts using CAD tools such as Altium Designer.
• Select components based on performance, availability, cost, and industry standards.
• Test prototypes and debug board-level issues using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and multimeters.
• Assist with RF circuit bring-up and antenna verification where applicable.
• Integrate hardware with mechanical and firmware systems and document bring-up and technology evaluations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in hardware design and PCB layout.
• Solid understanding of analog and digital circuit design principles.
• Hands-on experience with microcontrollers, sensors, and I2C, SPI, and UART protocols.
• Experience with four-or-more-layer PCB layouts and high-speed signal routing guidelines.
• Working knowledge of buck and boost converters, LDOs, and signal processing.
• Strong analytical, debugging, documentation, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with video protocols or high-speed interfaces such as USB SuperSpeed, HDMI, or DisplayPort.
• Basic understanding of RF principles or antenna integration.
• Embedded C or C++ programming skills for hardware bring-up.
