Integrate Management System Specialist (Automotive)

What you will do

• Implement the integrated management system within the plant and coordinate management review preparation.
• Ensure effective implementation of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and applicable CQC, ISO 50001, and ISO 27001 requirements.
• Plan, coordinate, and conduct VDA 6.3 process audits and support internal system audits, including audits at other company sites when required.
• Coordinate preparation and readiness for external system audits with the lead auditor.
• Prepare audit reports, upload them to SAP QM, and perform audit cross-checks based on external audit deviations.
• Identify risks and weak points, recommend process and system changes, and coordinate plant risk management.

Requirements

• Technical college or university degree with up to 2 years of professional experience, or equivalent knowledge and skills.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
• Certifications in IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, and Field Failure Analysis.
• Knowledge of APQP, FMEA, PPAP/PPF, 8D methodology, complaints management, quality tools, SPC, customer-specific requirements, requalification inspections, and special characteristics.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 19001, ISO 19011, ISO 50001, and ISO 27001.
• Good command of English and/or German, along with analytical, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, negotiation, and conflict-management skills.
