Associate Manager, IAM (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of IAM analysts, managing workload and serving as the primary escalation point.
• Own the configuration, rule logic, and workflow design of the IGA platform.
• Design and improve Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) lifecycle processes for provisioning and de-provisioning.
• Manage enterprise application integrations and ensure integrity of identity source-of-truth data.
• Oversee the Privileged Access Management (PAM) program and access certification campaigns.
• Collaborate with GRC, Cybersecurity, and Audit teams to maintain compliance with SOX and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management or IT Security.
• 1–2 years of experience in a team lead or supervisory role.
• Hands-on expertise with enterprise IGA platforms and Active Directory in multi-domain environments.
• Strong understanding of RBAC, JML lifecycle, SCIM provisioning, and SSO/MFA platforms.
• Knowledge of SOX compliance and access control audit standards.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify participant).

Nice to have

• Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) or CISA/CISSP certification.
• Experience with Saviynt platform.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field.
