What you will do

• Lead architecture and design of multi-tenant BeyondTrust PAM services for MSP customers, including onboarding and standardization.
• Implement BeyondTrust Password Safe and Privilege Management for endpoints and servers (Windows and Linux/Unix).
• Integrate PAM with identity platforms like Active Directory, Entra ID, and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
• Develop automation and tooling using PowerShell, Python, and REST APIs to accelerate account lifecycle management.
• Lead end-to-end customer onboarding, including requirements gathering, risk assessment, and design of playbooks.
• Provide mentoring to team members and serve as a subject matter expert for PAM-related incidents.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure engineering, or cybersecurity.
• 3+ years of direct experience designing and operating PAM solutions, with a strong preference for BeyondTrust.
• Experience delivering services in a managed services (MSP) or consulting capacity for multi-customer environments.
• Strong proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Must be based in the United States to be eligible for USA employment benefits.

Nice to have

• Experience with CyberArk or Delinea PAM platforms.
• Familiarity with monitoring platforms like Elastic or LogicMonitor.
• Relevant PAM or BeyondTrust-specific professional certifications.
