What you will do

• Design, analyze, and implement identity and access management programs to support organizational strategy.
• Maintain configuration, updates, and administration of the IAM platform.
• Manage user lifecycle processes including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access requests.
• Integrate new applications into the IAM platform using RESTful APIs, JDBC, and other connectors.
• Automate identity workflows for governance, auditing, and self-service reporting.
• Participate in security incident response efforts to identify and mitigate threats.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Information Technology, with at least 2 years in cybersecurity or IAM.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in scripting with PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with Zero Trust Identity architecture and infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of OAuth, SAML, and OpenID frameworks.
• Knowledge of privilege identity management and least privilege principles.

Nice to have

• Experience with SailPoint, Okta, or Ping Federate.
• Knowledge of SCIM provisioning and integration.
• Familiarity with NIST framework and continuous improvement loops.
• Experience working closely with HRIS and help desk teams.
